rules n laws

when rules n laws r made what is necessary to implement these is wha i would like to knoe.
wat got me riting this article is dat i wathed this movie called lesser humans by stalin k an indian director which depicts the plight of the bhangis which r a group of people who are made to clean up others excreta. They are considered the lowest of the lower classes not even the harijans one of the lowest castes will touch or be touched by the bhangis!
Now the indian constituion states that all citizens must be treated as equals n have the right to eqaul wages so how is it possible for us to get these laws implemented the bhagis have tried very hard one of the things i have heard abouth them is that they hels a 22day hunger strike with no or few results ...so if the government is going to be so difficult to handle with n the indian govnt is then what measures other then petetions n marches can be taken to help these people atleast get the minimum wage they deserve?their plight is extremely bad n i would ask all of u to try n watch the movie lesser humans cuz it gives us n insight into thier lives which i had never seen or heard about befor!!
i used the bhangi issue as a main idea but basically i would like to get ideas on wat u tink is the best way to implement laws made by the govt n other oraganizations!
thank u
cheers
happy new year :)

I am one of those who has not gone back home during this summer vacations.Well...my friend and I joined a gym to try and shed those kilos we had gained eating all sorts of junk food! This set me thinking, while i was in the gym working out there were so many people all around the world who were begging for food,or rummaging the wastebaskets or just dying of starvation.
What an irony!Living in a place like U.A.E we have probably never ever dreamt of starving or poverty. We are actually very lucky to have a pretty luxurious life and we should thank god for it.
Have we all become so selfish an heartless that we dont even bother to help the unpriveledged? We certainly do not have to sacrifice all our belongings or anything of that sory.Giving aid in the form of money, food, clothes etc anything of that sort to the unfortunate would not be too much to do would it?Atleast we can help by not wasting anything whether it is food, money, clothes etc.
It is really sad to see the amount of wastage and money esp at these huge gatherings an parties and moreover i think that making records like longest cake etc is a total waste of money as the money spent on these things could have been utilised to help the needy.
